Someone should be in charge of greeting and coordinating all of those special people who'll be adding to your event. Moments That Shine will not only put together a schedule with what's going on when and where with everyone's contact information but we will check-in with each of those people the day of the event upon arrival to give them a copy and make sure everything is up to par.
